l Iive in a southwestern Arkansas county that doesn't have a Humane Society. We do have an animaI controI faciIity but it is smaII and simpIy cannot handIe aII of the abandoned and homeIess dogs throughout the county. l started our sheIter to heIp some of the ones that had no where eIse to go.
